Embracer of all things human ·
Curious by nature · Relational at heart
My interest in people has taken me through psychology, criminology, marketing, and business – each offering a different perspective on how people think, feel, relate, and navigate the world around them. Eventually, that curiosity led me back to counselling, where these different perspectives could come together in a way that felt meaningful. Today, curiosity remains at the heart of how I work.

Therapy (SFBT)
We all have reasons for becoming who we are. The ways we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to the world are shaped by the stories we have lived, the relationships we have experienced, and the meanings we have made along the way
In therapy, I’m interested in understanding these stories with you – what matters beneath the surface, what happens when there is hurt or disconnection in relationships, and how learned responses can be simultaneously protective and limiting. Together, we can make space for what needs to be understood, while exploring where change might be possible.
In The Room…
I don’t believe you need to become someone else to move forward. I believe instead in creating enough space for you to understand yourself, reconnect with what matters to you, and discover the choices you have in what comes next.
For me, that means therapy is not about fixing who you are; it is about growing into a way of being that feels fully and authentically you.
Whenever you’re ready, you can lead the way. We’ll take this journey together.
You might notice me doing this in The Room…
You may notice my gaze drifting upwards and hear me go, “hmm…”, as I piece together what you’re saying.
I may describe the images that come to mind as you share your experiences – sometimes through an analogy or metaphor, sometimes as a little scene that seems to capture what I’m hearing from you (and you’ll quickly realise how visual my mind is).
And, sometimes, our sessions may come with a little sprinkle of sass and humour.
Outside The Room
Morning coffee or matcha latte in hand, probably
thinking about my next mechanical keyboard, adding
way too many new destinations to my “wish to visit”
list, or blowing up my Shopee wishlist with more cat
toys for my chubster oyen – usually before ending the
day with skincare and my curly hair routine over an
episode of K-drama (talk about habit stacking?!).
